Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Exam Report AI ("the Platform"), operated by NucleusX Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. User Roles & Eligibility

• Teachers: Must be legitimate educators or institution representatives. Free registration.
• Students: Must be 13+ years of age. ₹450 one-time registration fee required.
• Accounts must not be shared with others.

3. Wallet & Payment Terms

• Students pay ₹450 as a one-time entry fee and receive ₹500 wallet credit.
• Wallet credits can only be used within the platform to unlock reports.
• Report unlock costs: ₹25 per AI report, ₹39 per Growth Report.
• Teachers earn ₹10 commission per report unlocked, ₹15 for growth reports.
• Teacher commissions are paid out to the UPI/bank account registered in Settings.
• Wallet credits are non-transferable and have no cash value beyond platform usage.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent exam data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the platform.
• Create multiple accounts for abuse of the free trial or wallet system.
• Share AI-generated reports publicly in a way that violates student privacy.

5. AI Reports Disclaimer

AI-generated reports are provided for educational guidance only. They are generated using Google Vertex AI and should be reviewed by a qualified educator before being relied upon for academic decisions. NucleusX Labs does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, branding, and AI report templates are the intellectual property of NucleusX Labs. Exam data uploaded by teachers remains their property. AI reports generated from that data are available to the teacher and unlocked students.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Teachers may delete their account from Settings. Contact admin@examreportai.in for account queries.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
