Important: Please read this policy carefully before making any payment on Exam Report AI.
1. Student Entry Fee (₹450)
The ₹450 one-time student registration fee is used to create your platform wallet with ₹500 credit.
- Full refund within 48 hours of payment if no reports have been unlocked.
- No refund after 48 hours, or if any wallet credits have been spent.
- Technical payment failures receive automatic refunds within 5–7 business days.
2. Wallet Credits & Report Unlocks
- Wallet credits deducted for report unlocks are non-refundable once an AI report has been generated and displayed.
- If an AI report fails to generate due to a platform error, the deducted credits will be automatically restored to your wallet.
- Wallet credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
3. Technical Failures
If you are charged but the service was not delivered due to:
- Payment gateway failure after deduction
- Platform downtime during a transaction
- AI report generation error that was platform-caused
Please contact us within 7 days with your transaction ID. We will investigate and process refunds within 7–10 business days.
